In work indeed, and it is one of those overcast days which seem tomake everything and everyone much quieter - as if the clouds are absorbing the sounds. That added to the emptiness here are making for an odd day!

Ooh powernaps, I would LOVE one of those. We have a room with a bed in it here but it is only for pregnant women and I dont think I am willing to go that far for a bit of sleep.
