Darn, I seem to be all out of giant mutated arachnid repellant. I’d better get some more, so I’ll be ready when the spiders start to mutate after all the radiation builds up.
It’s been a long, long time since I read the books. I was basically going by the movies, because I actually remember something about them. It’s been awhile since we gamed, nobody seems to want to any more.
It didn’t die, Mort. In fact, it’s still going strong. They still come out with at least a dozen new books a year, and there are tons of games based on their licensed game system.
But yes, online gaming has hurt traditional gaming as well, as traditional computer gaming.
When I was a lad we used to play Warhammer & stuff, but that doesn’t seem to be as popular anymore either, but the odd game of Risk over a few beers is always good! There’s something about world domination that is appealing to me, muhahaha!
