Ok Guys,
For those of you who are interested in exchanging cards and/or gifts this Chrsitmas, we’re getting it started now so you can take advantage of sea mail if you’d like.
If you’re interested, just email me your postal address at and I will compile the list. As of the 20th of September, I will then email the list to everyone who is on the list, so everyone gets the addresses in time.
If you have any questions, just send me a PM or email me.
Merry Christmas!

Gah…I always think that it’s way to early to start thinking about Christmas before my birthday! raspberry

Wouldn’t it be better to, if people are interested in this, make a list where everyone gets one name to send a gift to if they choose? That way people wouldn’t feel overloaded, depending on the response, so they don’t end up with 10 or more people they need to send to. I’m sure if people want to send to other special people on here, they will anyway, but it might make it more financially feasible for some.

Sounds like a good idea Winona! I was trying to figure out a way that we could do it without making it a guilt induced expensive exercise.

Secret Santa’s are evil.  I already hate having to pick out gifts for family I’ve known all my life.

I decided I’m not going to participate in a Secret Santa (just don’t have the time or the funds this year!!).  So, if you’d LIKE to participate, I’m going to think up a questionaire to make you answer, so that I can give your Santa your info…I know a lot of you know each other pretty well by now, but just to sort of ‘recap’ your personality, I think it might be helpful…I sent Nettie a note, and was asking if we should keep people to someone in their own region - should we do continent, hemisphere??  What would y’all prefer to do, on this our first Christmas exchange??  PM input to me!

I don’t think we should limit it to people’s own areas… rather we should do just the opposite in my opinion. Mailing something of the size of a gift exchange gift wouldn’t be too bad expense wise. I’d rather it be left up to pure chance as far as who you “draw” for the exchange… much neater and more Christmasy pure that way!
