That was actually just stock footage. Those were the Twin Towers in Canada that the U.S. gave them permissions to copy and build in Edmonton. I think they call them the “Canuck Towers.”
The five segments appear to have been done between 2001-2. That is one of the most hilarious programs I have ever seen. In segment 5 - just scroll down - he even got George W. Bush.
