I dropped mine in a bathroom sink at the mall once. It went in with a shopping bag I had set on the counter - but the bag activated the sensor, which turned the faucet on. I just put it in the fridge, and it got better.
When I put the battery back on, the light comes on. Nothing else. It’s sitting in my car now, drying out. I’ll check it at lunch, but don’t have much hope. I think it’s shorted out, at the very least.
Yep. Apparently the fridge removes humidity. (or wet). I’ve done that with lots of things before. But, Chary’s is probably beyond fridge technology. Did you have phone insurance?
Only for the first year. It’s beyond that now. I’ve been wanting a new phone anyway, so this is a good excuse. I’m just pissed that I now have to figure out all the numbers I had stored in it. Some I can’t replace, but then they’re not really important then anyway.
