Man Nabbed at Wal-Mart for Handcuff Prank

They say you can get just about anything at Wal-Mart, including arrested. Police say employees at a Wal-Mart called to report a young man was in the store on Tuesday in an orange prison jumpsuit and handcuffs, asking for a hacksaw.

It turns out Joha Turner, 18, of Pittsburg, hadn’t escaped from anywhere. He told police it was a prank. They told him he was under arrest, for disorderly conduct.

There was a similar prank played here, a radio station had 3 men dress up in prison jumpsuits, and make their way from one side of town to another - using neighborhoods and school zones.  The point was to see who could make it back to the radio station or the farthest without being arrested.  People were really freaked out.  Dumbasses.

Wal*Mart has done worse before... the links seem to have expired, but you can see what happened pretty much from that.
I think they need to seriously cut back on what they let their security guards do.

Wow, freaky.  Although, if they had enough people to hold him down, why weren’t there enough people to haul his ass up and put him in an office to wait for police?
