Well…technically, the site is right about non-Christian things being suddenly “okay”, b/c someone puts the word “Christian” in front of it.
Part of yoga is about Asian/eastern spirituality. It is hard to seperate the two. There are other exercises you can do, if you truly didn’t want to tread into murky waters.
