“Alex” is the project name for a small American-British Military Intelligence task force working from Cheyenne Mountain with operational field stations elsewhere on the Globe. “Boo”, “Nettie”, “Smerk” and “Charybdis” are code-names for these operational Fieldstations and their main operational units, while “The Museum” denotes Cheyenne Mountain headquarters.
This is why all moderators are either American of from the British Commonwealth. Stephen (“x”) is uninvolved, he was only added -and this move was highly discused in the project team- to ad some credibillity to it all. He’s an obvious patsy.
The Project aims at exploring and controlling critical thought among the world populace, in order to arrive at the ultimate cover-up strategy. “Alex” simply is an acronym for “Advanced Lies Evaluation - X”, with the “X” denoting it is an experimental/clandestine program.
The idea behind it is brilliant: employ some of the most critical, skeptic minds on this planet to test hoax- and cover-up strategies, without these critical skeptic minds realizing they are part of a test. The goal is to develop a robust propaganda, cover-up and hoax strategy that will take in everybody: The ultimate cover up to be used to controll the masses and ensure World domination!!!.
ALEX also aims at locating and identifying those few skeptics that will likely not be taken in by anything and thus could be a threath to the goal. When this inventarization is completed, the identified threaths will be eliminated. These liquidations,as well as the preparative Intelligence Gathering, will be done by the ALEX Command against Counter Insurgence - ACCI in short.
Yes; Accipiter is their main operations officer, actually with a complete operational unit behind him. His unit encorporates selected individual agents - all top skill - of the Seals, Men in Black, SAS, CIA, MI6 and Mossad.
“Alex” itself does not exist as a person at all: nor do “Boo”, “Nettie”, “Smerk” or “Charybdis”. They are elaborate creations, mystifications.
“Boo” actually simply stands for “British Office of Operations” and “Nettie"and “Smerk” are subdivisions of the latter, working in the “former” (actually still actual) British posessions.
