Here is Marco again in an interview broadcast on Dutch national television, which was a Live connection in a prime-time news show using a direct satellite link with the studio:

Both broadcasts concern the close approach to Earth of asteroid 2012 DA14 on Feb 15th 2013, and the (unrelated) impact of a very large object in Russia that same day.

Briefly the content and questions asked:

In the national tv broadcast (the 2nd link) the news anchors first ask Marco if he has seen the asteroid (answer no, as it was alas clouded where he lives) and what we can learn from observing that close approach (answer: a lot of things, including its true size, composition, whether it might become a danger in the future etcetera). Then in the 2nd part of that broadcast it is all about the giant fireball and meteorite impact over Russia. The news anchors asks him if the two events are related (answer no, they are not, they are in different orbits), and about how unique this kind of event is (answer very unique).
