Now, as I recall, there were two groups who claimed to be rightful rulers/etc of Sealand. One group actually living on the platform, the other ‘in exile’, but happily printing up passports?

Ah, yeah.. it’s the legitimate prince, not the failed coup members. More’s the pity. Hopefully his son can continue the tradition. It may be small, and struggling to survive, but it’s a nifty concept.
