I took delivery of my new laptop yesterday (my birthday in local time). It’s in the form of a scholarship I was awarded by my university. So that was a nice present for my birthday.

The criteria of the scholarship being awarded included being on a low income. I don’t know if my academic history was considered.

Either way it was still a nice thing to receive.
