They were comparing President Obama to. . .Magnum, P.I.???  The nerve!

Friend of mine actually took them to task over what they had against facial hair. They were *totally* unprepared for this line of accusation, and he nearly reduced one of the folks working the booth to tears.

If they aren’t gonna argue from a position of logic, why should you?

So…I’m in Germany…among the Germs.  We’re in temporary lodging for now…a very cute 2 bedroom apartment.  I left all the information about bus routes & times (and one of Eric’s important documents) on the bus that brought us to Landstuhl.  but I thought I’d make sure if you don’t have me on FB that you know I’m “about” again.  For now.  This temp lodging has WiFi…so for as long as we’re here…I’ve got internet.  Not sure what our next step will be…but for now…we’re here.

Generally, I like my e-reader and reading ebooks.  However, I’m not happy when something goes wrong with the publisher’s formatting, and the book won’t load on my e-reader.  Especially when it’s a Terry Pratchett novel. blank stare

Yes…I’m within visiting range for Edinburgh!!  I’m in visiting range of a LOT of places!!  :D

I’ve had a headache, too.  Even threw up early in the morning…Think it might actually be a caffeine thing.  I’ve been drinking a lot more coffee during our travels…But haven’t had any since we got to Frankfurt.  Not much in the area, either…so I can’t pop in to a shop & find something.  I also have no euros…But I do have a credit card…so if I found an ATM…I spose I could get some.  Anywho…

I’m glad you’re having fun even if you’re feeling a bit ill right now.  I think it’s also because of excitement-stress which is normal.  Rest and take everything a little slower maybe?  Enjoy Maegan…you deserve it!
