So yeah, while running errands, I see a guy on the corner with a little ‘Impeach Obama’ kiosk set up. “Meh, ok..” I think, “He’s entitled to his politics, etc..”. Then I get a better look at his signs.

They gave the photo of Obama a moustache.

But yeah, if you’re going to play that card - even if I agree with your position - you deserve NO respect, and have no grounds for complaint about not getting it.

Thought about confronting the guy, but then decided there would be absolutely no point.

I doubt it would have had much impact. I was content to simply know that this person had kindly taken the trouble to ensure that I didn’t need to be concerned with their point of view.

Finals are next week, which means the semester is just about over.  Then it’s a three week (roughly) break before next semester starts.  I got an A on my fourth biology test, for a total of two B’s and two A’s.  The neat thing is that the professor drops the lowest of the first four test scores, so I’ll have two A’s and a B before going into the final, not counting my homework grades, which I think average out to A’s as well.  And at some point this weekend I need to reformat my story so that I can mail it in to a publisher, which counts as my creative writing final.  It’s going to be a busy weekend!
