And also, let’s think about this whole conspiracy notion for a moment. For this conspiracy to work, this is how things had to go. According to school records and marriage records and such that Obama’s parents were in the US just before and just after his birth, not really leaving any time for them to suddenly make an unannounced unrecorded dash off to Kenya or wherever to give birth to their son. Nor is there any travel record or passport record for them at that time. The conspiracy would have already needed to be in place and well established by this point, to be able to plant all of these false records. Just think for a moment about all of the different agencies and organisations that would have needed to already be under the conspiracy’s control at that time for all of these records to be falsified or hidden in 1961. So, we have this giant and far-reaching and powerful conspiracy deciding within literally days of this kid’s birth that this one particular child is going to be the key figure of their plot. Because obviously the son of a guy who raised goats in Kenya and a woman who is a college student is ideally placed for nefarious purposes. You’d think that they would have chosen one of countless millions of kids who was born unambiguously in the US, of course, rather than making things more difficult and dangerous for themselves. . .
In 1996 Obama ran for and was elected to the Illinois Senate. He would have required a valid birth certificate to run, and to have been sworn in. In 1998, he was re-elected into the Illinois Senate. He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. In 2000 he ran for US House of Representatives. He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. He was also re-elected to the Illinois Senate. He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. He ran for the US Senate in 2004. He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. He won the 2004 Senate election and was sworn in. He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. Then you might have heard of this thing where he ran for US President in 2008. . .does that sound familiar? He would have required a valid birth certificate for that. You might also have heard that he won that election and was sworn in, which would have required having a valid birth certificate.
In 2011 he releases a copy of his birth certificate to the public. According to the conspiracy theorists, this is a hastily-made sloppy fake. So, according to the conspiracy theorists, this massive conspiracy that has been carefully planning things since 1961 made a fake birth certificate fifteen years after it would have been absolutely essential and after it would have been required at least half a dozen times. Notice a slight problem with that timeline? It does not work.
But okay, perhaps we can pretend that this conspiracy was so hugely massive and powerful that Obama was able to sail through all of this without needing a valid birth certificate, because all of these people were “in” on the plot. As were all of the other people and agencies who would have needed to see his birth certificate over the years, such as the people at the Illinois department of motor vehicles and the people who wrote out the wedding certificates and such.
This means that we have a conspiracy so incredibly large and far-reaching and powerful and all-encompassing that it’s not even a conspiracy any longer. It’s simply everybody everywhere in any position of even slight power. The government of Hawaii over the last fifty years. The government of Illinois over the past thirty years or so. The government of the US over the past fifty years. The faculty of the colleges Obama’s mother went to. The management and workers at the hospital in Hawaii. Heck, perhaps even the Kenyan and British governments, too, since many of the conspiracy theorists insist that Obama was born in Kenya.
So, we now have Obama being President for several years, with this immense and super-organised conspiracy backing him up. He now has full access to departments of government agencies that specialise in detecting or producing the most expert fakes and forgeries that are physically possible to make. What’s more, he has control of the agencies that produce the actual real genuine documents themselves, meaning that he doesn’t even need to both with forgeries: he can probably have genuine documents on genuine paper printed out. And with all of this mighty power and virtually unlimited ability, he and his fellow plotters. . .clumsily computer-edit an image that anybody can tell at a glance is fake. According to the conspiracy theorists, this is what they did.
The whole conspiracy theory thing just doesn’t work on any level. The premise of Obama being chosen at birth is rather ridiculous. The timing of the whole thing simply doesn’t work. The logic of it doesn’t work, either. Yet for the conspiracy theorists’ theories to be true, it all has to work.
Or we have the alternative: that a relative handful of conspiracy theorists have simply misinterpreted or distorted some features of Obama’s genuine birth certificate.
