From what i have read and seen of Tesla’s research (along with some interesting conversations with family members in the armed forces and electronics fields), this is VERY similar to Tesla’s “free power” antenna’s he was working on… (Though Tesla was also talking about merely using the ambient RF radiation all around us on a given day rather than a centrally located “power tower” - though that too was discussed.)
