Please, those rumours have been around for years…I don’t believe ‘em.

I feel really energized.  I switched my workout from evening to mornings.  Been at the gym at 6am, instead of walking my neighborhood at 7pm.  I haven’t felt a BIT tired.  Plus, I put some baby powder in my shoes - they feel nice.
