Okay, I have to disagree with that one since many have only memorized information but don’t know how to apply it.

Yah, I’m going to disagree with this one as well. Just because someone graduated college doesn’t mean they’re smart. Depending on the school/major/etc, it isn’t necessarily particularly difficult to manage passing grades without actually learning anything.
