Sounds to me that social services need to get involved. MOther and kids need stress management, parenting classes, and whatever else is needed to keep family together
That’s wjat i have been thinking as well. It sounds as if the parent(s) in this case have no real idea how to deal with a recacitrant child. A few parentinh courses seem to be in order. (And the glibness of the officer’s answers seem to imply that he needs another course in sensitivity since the last one obviuslt didn’t take.)
