1. which satellite exactly has been hacked (name/catalogue number/Cospar ID)?
2. what kind of “rays”/“beams” are used?
3. What is the hardware needed to send these out?
4. Does the satellite posess these hardware?

5. what use is it to control people to touch their faces, cheeks, chins, mouths and their heads, make them blink, or make their “genitalies” hurt…

I’m not connecting any of this.  How is blinking and touching your face and needing to go to the bathroom significant?  I mean, what’s the point in creating mind control technology if that’s all you’re going to do with it?  is there something I’m missing?
