I am going to trust then that you will NOTE anything that feels odd or funny. Sharruma, one of my concerns too is that when this is done that weight will come back on because neither of you will have changed lifestyle habits. From my own experiences and I have to admit to you that I did this multiple times, (now bear in mind I stand just 5 feet tall), I lost over 80 pounds successfully and 60 pounds two other times. I ended up losing my gallbladder, had chemistry level fluctuations that took two decades to adjust, heart arrhythmias, and numerous other damage to my lower intestine and colon and stomach.
My mother began diets with me at the age of 10 then again at 13. I continued doing diets so closely related to what you are doing that there is really not a discernable difference. When I met Erik, everything was breaking and I was malnutritioned even though it ‘seemed’ as though I was consuming the proper nutrients. I had learned to live with pain, with constant hunger. I weighed in at 75 to 80 pounds though I finally did get to 90 and held it. I wore little girl’s size 10s and 12s.
I think the key to weight reduction, gain, building etc. is to love who you are regardless of what the scales tell you. I’ve known you at least by your posts, and I know enough to care. I would not ever wish anyone to go through what has been a life-long problem that my own mother started in childhood (I was not a fat child, but I was chubby).
NOTE: I do NOT weigh 90 pounds anymore nor do I want to either. I wear women’s clothes, love to dance, and both Erik and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I also have boobs and I finally feel like a woman. I enjoy who I am now, and how I look.
