I don’t know why, but my local supermarket insists on keeping their pita bread refrigerated.  It makes the moisture in the bags condense on the plastic and gets the edges soggy.  I think I’m going to have a talk with the manager next time I go in.  “Put your pita bread next to the hummus, you fool!“

That is pretty icky.  And I don’t even use pita bread for anything.

Pita bread is great for flinging at people.  It’s nicely aerodynamic.
