Not true. You even quote somebody who says that he tried it and that it wasn’t anything special in your very next comment here. You’re contradictiing yourself and posting information that you know to be false. . .for some reason, that does not boost my levels of trust in you.

Because if you had you might have read posts about the placebo effect, and how double-blind tests, when conducted properly and honestly, would constitute a modicum of evidence for Perfect Water. Your posts boil down to two unoriginal assertions:

Yes I can. I can point out that the claims are unsupported by empirical evidence, or are contrary to current physical and chemical theories, or I can point out logical inconsistencies. Usually, the burden of proof lies with the person making the claims, and in this case lots of claims are made for Perfect Water, but no proof has ever been forthcoming.
2) “I’ve tried it and it works for me!“
Good for you. Unfortunately that is a personal testimony, not proof. Lots of people also claim to have seen alien spacecraft, Bigfoot, Elvis, Shergar, Elvis riding Shergar, Bigfoot riding Shergar and Elvis riding Bigfoot as well, but - not surprisingly - they never seem to have the physical evidence to back up their claims either.
It’s also worth noting that personal testimonies to the effect that Perfect Water doesn’t work don’t constitute hard evidence either.
It is quite possible that Perfect Water could have a beneficial effect only for a ‘reverse placebo’ effect to mask it. I mentioned the reverse placebo effect before (here).
Not to be rude, but having found this thread, couldn’t you have perhaps tried reading it? What you have described is a subjective response to a set of before/after tests involving “Perfect Water”. There is no better way to have a placebo effect than to do an exercise, take a pill/potion/whatever that is supposed to improve your performance at that exercise, then try it again.

Lucky for you no-one put up a topic asking you to sell everything you own and send all the money to the enclosed address for a truly life-changing experience then.
The problem, as started before, isn’t the lack of personal testimonies, but that they are valueless as evidence for the effectiveness of Perfect Water. That “YesImAnIBO” wanted a thread devoted to them is irrelevant to their worth. It doesn’t matter how many personal experiences are posted, whether more are positive than negative or vice versa, etc; it is just pointless.
The point of directing you to the rest of the thread is that highlight that you might be expected to experience some improvement, particularly under the circumstances you describe, regardless of whether Perfect Water lives up to its claims or not. Testimonials, positive or negative, aren’t really very helpful to anyone since subjective evidence can be obtained for just about anything you want to promote. What this thread is desperately short of is objective evidence.

I agree with the “other” newbie that if you have never tried Perfect Water you can only speculate, you cannot give an “opinion.“ Since this forum is seeking opinions about Perfect Water from those who have tried it, here’s mine: First, I am an IBO, so attack all you want but I won’t change my story : ) I do not desire to DEBATE the facts you can find the information that the manufacturer is giving out posted at http://www.drinkperfectwater.com
I have tried the product and like it. It’s wet, like water should be : ) , keeps me hydrated well and seems to help me get through my workout better. No, I do not understand all the details but I bet you don’t either… only the scientists who created it “understand it” and the people who the information has been shared with know more details than any of us.

I’d even be surprised if my reply gets posted since a thread that I started at the beginning of June seems to never have been posted. Wait..I’m having a psychic prediction… the tests will show that Perfect Water is amazingly good stuff, cures all known ills, lets you fly on Thursdays, and makes you crap solid gold nuggets! Why it’s amazing! I wouldn’t trust this information if it was coming from, say, an unbiased third party performing the tests, but since they’ve done it all in-house, it must be true!
Oh, come on now folks, you are attacking a “statement” to more than a literal point. The information will be made public I’m sure. Double blind tests usually prove a wide range of results so I expect that to be stated. This company, yes, Quixtar, Amway Global, is not foolish. If they were they would not be almost 50 years old. Their health and beauty products would not have lasted this long and be #1 in internet sales often per Internet Retailer. And all the negative talk that you espouse will not change my mind about the respectablility of the company.
Now about my statement about “what I’m allowed to say.“ My speech is not limited, I still have my amendment rights : ) However, as an IBO, I respect the guidelines that I am given. Guidelines are there for a reason… there is a BIG picture here and living within guidelines makes me an asset rather than a liability. The “allow me” statement was sure picked up on and you waste a lot of valuable time trying to nit-pick. As soon as I have details I will try to remember to post them here, although I wonder why I bother with all your pessimism.
