The season finale of Reaper was good.  Not as much of the funny as I would have liked, but good story/drama and ending things in a good place.

No, this is one of those ‘hands-off’ owners… as long as the hotel isn’t on fire when he gets here, all is well. He may even be ok with mild scorching.
