Robin, the festival sounds pretty cool.

Yay! It’s raining!
Oh, I get terrible headaches when there is an impending storm. Like you, it doesn’t ease until the sky opens up. The worst are the grey drizzly days where it NEVER breaks.

BO is actually fairly decent. The weather has been cool, and most of the really funk-tastic ones stay in the grassy areas drumming, so they don’t bother the teeming crowds of otherwise capitalistic shoppers.
It’s lots of fun and such.
