Eeep.

My brother and I took it easy on our Mom. Scalpel babies the lot of us wink

My Mom has a super large liver, so they didn’t want to take a chance…

Is your Mom’s liver still enlarged?  Was this caused by the pregnancies or diabetes related?  Usually an enlarged liver means there is another problem going on.

No, they worried about that too, but they found it waaay before she got pregnant when she had apendicitis when she was younger. Apparently she just basically has the equivalent of two livers for the price of one… Everything is healthy, they just didn’t want to risk complications (I was 9.8 pounds and my brother was 9.4).

My Mom is, however a proud Breast Cancer survivor. She’s been kicking it’s butt all over town. Early detection ladies, early detection! If you don’t want to do the exams yourself, I’m sure you can find plenty of volunteers wink

Today is the day you worried about yesterday, and all is well…Except that the well is dry, the toilet is overflowing and a flock of meese just pooped in your back yard…

I think you’ve hit upon the reason a lot of people want to be doctors. And gynaecologists.

Renquist - It takes only a short walk down the street with eyes wide open to look at all the females you pass and decide that unless you can be a celebrity gynecologist, it’s just not worth it. Of course, even then it’s a hefty decision.

Try walking down Argyle St on a Saturday. I’d rather look down the barrel of a cannon than up some of their baby-cannons!

You really really need a late-night talk show.

Well my brother asked me to be the best man at his wedding.  I got that a little mixed up, and spend some time in the hospital.  Now his wife won’t even talk to me.  It was a completely understandable misunderstanding, I thought.
