Buried Money Found….Or Not

This happened nearby a month or two ago but I never posted, searched MOH and found nothing on it so I figured I would finally get off my butt and post.

When it first happened my first thought was "ya know, things like that never happen to me"

I believe Alex mentioned that a while back....I remember the story on TV as well.

I also remember hearing the story of finding the money, and then later hearing about them being found out. To be honest, if I had seen a picture of them before I found out it was fake, I probably wouldn't have doubted them, because these guys look like criminals straight out of a disney movie.

Snowy, yeah, i got a good laugh from the "rabid monkey" line as well smile

and sorry Maegan...i couldnt find another page with
A) the story as originally reported and
B) the cool pic of all the dough

anyways, just thought i would share and Stephen, I searched and searched MOH and couldnt find any references to this story, maybe i am wrong but i did try

Well, we don't have pop-up blockers at work, so it's not like I could do anything about it. But 5 minutes later, I was still getting ads coming up out of nowhere.
