Some people have speculated that this may be a publicity stunt for War of
the Worlds, opening soon. Watch the video linked below and decide for
yourself...
'Prophet' summons UFO for camera
Las Vegas TV station captures, broadcasts image
An ABC-TV affiliate in Las Vegas broadcast images of a UFO summoned by a
self-styled "prophet" who predicts many more will be seen throughout the
area next week.
Ramon Watkins, also known as "Prophet Yahweh" agreed to meet with a reporter
and camera crew of KTNV at a location of their choice and time.
What they witnessed, and captured on camera, stunned the reporter and crew.
Watkins claims to have seen some 1,500 UFOs over the last 25 years and has
learned to summon them by reading the Old Testament.
UPDATE! I guess his self-imposed original deadline passed without incident. Shocking!
"Beginning August 7, 2005, Prophet Yahweh, Seer of Yahweh, will start his "50 State UFO Summoning Tour 2005." During this time, UFOs will appear on Prophet's signal for radio or television news and talk shows to film and photograph."
His "UFO" has string resemblance to a kite wrapped in perhaps, a thermal blanket or even tinfoin. The shape of the object, which appears to have some kind of wingspan, and the way in which it moves in a gliding, dipping way throws me off quite a bit. The object is also not as far from the ground as it may seem.
...rather fishy business.

Oops, didn't edit my post very well. I meant to say "striking resemblance" and "tinfoil"

only true way to test this guy is to put him inside a plane and get him to do his stuff then from say 30.000 feet up.
Should make no difference to him whatsoever.
