Yeah, so on "A Current Affair" on Fox they showed an already infamous video
shot in Manitoba by a ferry operator. It was a blob! A freakin blob with
legs! Apparently Fox paid a 6 figure sum for this video. Hopefully it can be
enhanced.
come on people lets leave this stuff to the experts and get on with our lives

I am a bow hunter up in Northern Ontario. One early morning, while scouting my bear bait, I heard something very large walking in the bush. The footsteps sounded "hollow" on the ground, and very heavy. Much like a large bull moose stomping it's hooves on dry mud. minutes later, I heard a loud shrieking noise, followed by what sounded like an angry mother bear hissing. Purely out of fear, I put my 100 gr broadhead back in my quiver, and pulled out one of my 150 gr. My fear was a Cougar. A cougar could make it up to my treestand in seconds, and if I had to shoot, I had to make sure I ripped one right through it's engine. However, there has only been 1 recorded cougar siting in this area EVER! about 1/4 mile away, something hit my buddy's bear bait, but left no evidence of it being a bear. His tires (bait is placed between 2 old tires to keep wolves from getting to it) laying 50 yards from where they were originally.
Could this have been another hunter trying to scare us away from his hunting area? If there was a cougar in the area chasing down a moose, then why aren't there any moose tracks? (the deer have already pushed the moose out of this area). Why did I find no evidence of a cat in the area? No strong urine smell, footprints,or grouse remains.
Was this "Big Foot"? (note: I didn't find any bigfoot evidence either).

Why is everyone too scared to entertain the possibility that the world may not be as black and white as it appears. Fill those churches on Sunday, go to work all week and come home and sit in your nice safe house. You're the same people that jumped off the top of roofs when they aired Orsen Well's "War of the Worlds" back in the day. It's okay if you're not the only stud in the barn, isn't it? Open your minds and loosen up that grip on fear. It'll all work out.

I have seen bigfoot myself walking on a lake close to the shore i was 10 year old, my mother and i were ice fishing when my father was off trapping. We were waiting for my uncle and aunt to come and join us ice fishing when i was walking a short distance away from my mother. That was then I seen a dark tall person walking around 4 football fields away when i yelled uncle, and kept yelling. It was far enough that i couldnt tell the differnce just a dark image. The thing looked up and stopped then walked into the bush. I thought my uncle was coming around and going to scare us then i told my mother that my uncle was going to scare us throught the bush line on the lake. so we waited then my mother spotted my uncle and aunt walking towards us from the portage. My mother is a ojibway from rat portage and my father a metis from Wabigoon

I saw a bigfoot once when I was 12. My Mom, Dad, younger brother and I were deep forest camping. We used to do that once a year for a few days. it was the third and last day of our camp. My dad had left that morning to hunt. My Mom and brother were by the tent and I was poking the fire with a stick. I heard the sound of twigs snapping like someone wlking towards camp. It was thick woods so i couldn't see anyone, thought it was my dad coming back. When i could finally see the huge creature it was already walking straight towards our camp. Its movement was similar to that of a "mosey" and it just walked right through the middle of our site. It glanced at all three of us as it passed and it even looked at my mother and nodded, "Hi. How ya doin'?" and kept walking East.
I remember vividly a strong smell of "Stetson" as it passed by.

I'm from Northern Manitoba myself (Flin Flon to be exact) and lived in Central Manitoba. Anyone who has been up here will agree that it is very remote here. But I have never seen a 'bigfoot'. Do I believe they are out there? Yes, I do. I relate it to the whole UFO debate, although UFO's are seen directly by people and much more frequently. I agree that nobody has really proven that Sasquatch exists, all we have are blurry vision tape records that really don't define much of anything. But granted that these same tapes are 'something' I think we should keep an open mind about it all and maybe one day there will be some solid evidence or at least a better camera view. But with all the things being discovered these days it is possible!
I just seen the investigative team on this video of Current Affair though; are they kidding?!?!?!?, how serious are they taking this?! Obviously not very much eh? That's just my opinion. Talk about getting a good grasp of the obvious! I wonder myself too why the person who filmed couldn't zoom in any better? Hello, with today's technology I'm sure offers a better visual opportunity to focus. Where they using an old camera or something? Just a thought. That's the only problem I have with the video, why it's so blurry. I think a far clear shot would have been better than a close blurry blotch on the tv screen. This is just my opinions

I stand with English Teacher!
Why is it that idiots who cannot spell are considered mainstream now, and people who correct them are Nazis?
In a world full of "your" instead of "you're," and "there," "their," and "they're" ambiguity, it's refreshing to see that someone else knows how to spell. (Yes, it's a spelling error, not a grammatical error as someone commented. Typical!)
It doesn't mean we're "better then" you (as some of my students would soberly write), it just means that you're an idiot.
What more could we expect from people who believe in Bigfoot, though? I mean, even my 8-year old nephew could tell you that's all nonsense!

Hey professor, i believe the correct term would be "better than".
By the way, I live in the northwest myself. I was raised in the mountains of the northwest oregon coast. My ancestors have been living and working in the mountains for many generations. I asked my grandfather once if he believed in bigfoot, and he told me, "yeah she's standing right there in the kitchen". (guess that explains why I'm so hairy).

I often wonder if we are to ever capture a
Sasquatch, alive or dead, what it would taste like. Probably rather gamey tasting but a very tender meat. I think a Bigfoot chili would go over rather swimmingly in the southwest states.

Lets say for example that I shot a bigfoot while bear hunting, is there anybody who will give money for a bigfoot body?? And who would that person or organization be?? All I can say is that the body is 8feet 6inches and weighs in at 630 pounds and stinks to high HELL. I guess that all of the myths were correct, and all the fat assed professors who said that they didnt exist had better go back to school!!
