Michael Jackson was reported to be having the same problem. Although most think he was doing it on purpose it was reported that it was a side effect of medication he was taking...

The story could be true, but the photo smacks of hoax, hoax, hoax!

Actually it looks more like a white man who maybe burned his face, or something.

I love how it's oh-so-sensitively titled "Black-White Man"...

I actually knew someone once who had that same disease Michael Jackson supposedly had. This was an African-American lady who, as far as I know, still had her original skin color over the rest of her body, but had a "mask" of paler skin over her face. It was actually in something like the same pattern as the man in the picture has, so maybe that story does indeed have an element of truth to it?

Someone who had studied races could probably tell if he had white or black facial features... what do you call them? Racialogists? Andropologists?

My niece has vitiligo, which is the disease you're thinking of (that MJ supposedly has). It's not that bad for her, as she is a light skinned white girl, except in the summertime - the spots where she has it does not tan, but the rest of her does.
Also, there is a black man who worked at a store I used to go to who has it very badly....with him it was (obviously) very noticeable as the colour in his skin is completely gone, and was spotted all over his exposed body.
