Natural Geographic is showing the story of hogzilla!

Right now, those of us on the west coast can tune into the story of hogzilla being covered by National Geographic.

So far they're saying its an escaped domestic pig. Apparently pigs are the best at going wild.

Well they dug him up, measured him and did some genetic testing. His length and weight had been exaggerated, but remarkably they discovered he was a boar-domestic pig hybrid, and had been living in the wild for some time. He was probably stealing protein-rich fish food from a local fish farm.

His final stats--8.5 feet long, 800 pounds.
