Just because Rod and I were discussing it earlier and I stated that I didn't think the USA had the right to ban nuclear weapons proliferation while they were still developing their own arsenals... I have to post this.

What got blocked that you are so upset about? It is very uncommon for anything to get blocked in these forums unless it is spam or highly offending (such as alot of cursing, or racist comments). |

Umm...that is only if Alex is Big Brother right? Because all the people who have access to blocking posts are under Alex. Unless you are trying to say that the government is watching this forum. I seriously doubt that, though if they are, so what. We aren't exactly discussing terrorist plans here, and this is the internet anyways, anyone is free to come read the forum.
Again I ask you, what made you write the above post? Was something of yours blocked? |

Ah yes, you're right, good eye, I didn't even notice. My guess is it's because everyone was getting upset at each other and acting like asses. It has nothing to do freedom of speech. It wasn't shut down because the moderator disagreed with something. Freedom only goes so far until it begans to overlap with someone elses freedom. By people being rude and getting into fights the forum was shut down.
This isn't a free place anyways. It's Alex's webspace, he pays for it. It's his property. If you came to my house, I wouldn't allow you to smoke inside. In Alex's webspace, he doesn't like people arguing in a nonproductive way. Same idea. You can get your own webspace and put anything you like on it, and monitor it anyway you'd like. |

Umm...agent, they aren't fake members. I know all these forums are being watched. Alex watches them and gives power to other people to help him. They don't try to hide it. Charybus is one of them, so is Stephen and Meagan. Nothing "fake" about it. It's not like they are trying to be secretive about it, or manipulative. |

So in general I am right.There is no freedom of speech here.Isn't this forum,or any other,about arguing?Freedom of speech is sacred.It's too precious and should be handled with great caution.
