Smart alarm clock

 Now this actually seems like a good idea... A clock that is supposed to wake you at the lightest point in your sleep cycles, keeping you from groggy wake-ups. You program it with the latest time that you want to wake up and it wakes you up at the lightest point in your sleep cycle closest to, but not exceeding that time by measuring your sleep cycles.

I do wonder how it "measures" your sleep patterns. Do you have to wear some fancy, wired-up shower cap to bed every night? Your sleep patterns aren't identical during every sleep period of your life...

Hi guys do u by change have the C programming for the smart alarm clock? I doing the sensor part which is Infrared sensor or any sensor involve in. Do let me know if u all know?
