The Times printed a full page advert this morning showing the a car with a central steering column....but no steering wheel. The headling is 'To beat the EU ban on right-hand drive cars....BMW uninvents the wheel'. it boasts VAT (Voice Activated Technology), and a satellite monitoring system designed by Dr Bitt-Fischi.
