maria...
That's your opinion. How about some factsto back up said opinion?
"...but, can you "ROD" think about where is going your tax money?"
Um, is this a throwback to the subliminal message thread? Or just bad grammar?
Damn, I just hate them american taxes. They hit my wallet pretty hard, especially this time of year. |

Although Mr. Bush may be personally responsible (or indirectly for that matter) for the rising gasoline prices you can sure bet on one thing...
HE'S LOVING IT!
As we all know he's heavily vested in the oil business, and as a politician, doesn't need to provide his own for work... So you can be sure of the fact that he's not only loving these rises in gas prices, but also profiting quite handsomely! |

sorry it's no longer 89.9 it's now 1.05.9 x 4 = $4.24 a gallon . the only thing I've got to say about gas prices is F**KN dumb A**'s no good for nothing pieces of brown rear end material !!!!! I'll never vote for the liberal party again ever ever ever it's too damn late unless they pay back everything over 50 cents a litre/pintish and courier to it my house within the next hour ,,,, fat chance right ? yup so is my vote . Gas flows like water , there has not been a new well found since the 1970s and because of automation one person operates an entire area .... so my point is no need for billionaire oil tygoons for something that now flows like water . Get a job !! lets say for $5.00 an hour after we take away every asset you've ever accumulated just like you're doing to the population !!! am I pissed off or what !!! |

i remmember when gas in texas was .99cents...
I read a story in the newspaper that people can make their own gasoline from food scraps for about 10-20 cents a gallon that works on all types of cars. Then I saw a website, www.infobooks.org that sells a book for $10 that has plans & diagrams on how to build this machine. Sounds interesting. Has anybody tried to make their own gasoline before? Please let me know. |

I am doing a project on this subject, well, the "should we send canadian troops to the states to help out". I believe that the main reason we are sending troops is to help our ally, USA. I have read what you guys have to say, and Rod is telling the truth. I have seen gas prices sky rocket to about $3 a gallon. This is crazy. Some people are saying the Car Companies are going to go bankrupt and stuff. Anyway, do you think that troops are going to Iraq or where ever for oil or for war? I will check back in a few days to see your response. Thanks... |

I honestly think it's alittle suspecious that when the president came in office everything started to fall apart. He's an oiler, now gas prices just all of suden just went threw the roof, even out econemy has gone backwards. People are still getting getting SCREWED by the GOVERNMENT and probably always will. Gas has gotten rediculously high and just bounses from 2.70 a gallon to 3.10 a gallon over night, isnt that price grouging? and isnt there a law against that even at state of war. I honestly believe that this is all a hoax, for example, you never hear of all the people that get killed from president elections do you, NO you dont, and when have the government ever giving the people an honest answer? your guess is as good as mine. I would rather hear the truth than some stupid white lie, but we all cant get what we want. |

I do have one more thing that i would like to add to my statement. Why is it in all the other wars that we've had gas has never gone up before like this. Gas has risen over the past 20 years and on become of income range not because of stupid wars that our president starts, { trying to finish what his daddy couldnt do } and we all have to pay for his stupidity. president bush, your a f***ing moron, go back and cry to daddy you big baby |

Dean,
You do realize that the gas prices are going up because of the Hurricanes. The refineries are down. The prices were up before the hurricanes, but not as bad. The countries that sell us the oil are charging more now, because of the limited supply.
I am sure president bush is much smarter than you. You have to think of this. No one should judge the way the president does things until YOU sit in his seat. |

1500 miles per gallon @ $2.95 per gallon of gasoline / 20 mile charge cost .05
Electric bikes typically travel at speeds of 10 to 20+ miles per hour and go up to 12-20 miles charge. Charging your electric bike for
four to six hours uses 5 cents worth of electricity from common 110 wall outlets. The electric bike power can give you a break from
pedaling or supply more power when you're going up hill.
