honestly ... when someone is all PLEASE DONT READ THIS BOOK!! ITS EVIL... Doesnt it make you wanna read it more? The sheer curiosity of what the book is about is more than enough stimuli. But when someone tells you not to read it .... i usually end up reading it. And the most annoying thing about this situation is that half the time the person telling you not to read the book usually hasnt ever read it themselves. crazy isnt it?
*i wrote a research paper on book burning. and yes ... i got to find out how crazy people really are when you hand them a book and a match. |

I took some Matches to Alex's Book. After about an hour, I gave up.....Damned thing won't burn!!! I was told if I throw it away, I would get FINED because if a child finds it, I could be charged with Educational Abuse of a Minor. It now just sits on my toilet next to the George Carlin Books because it won't Flush either.....
Just kidding Alex!!! Everyone that is a member in here NEEDS to buy his book, it's a good book, soo why haven't you all bought one. He has bills to pay!!!! |

"Da Vinci code generator" produces code, encrypted using 1000 variants of the God's name.
From the link he posted.

The following article explains what the real problem with the DaVinci Code is, asides from being a monumentaly mediocre piece of "literature".....the "truth" behind it all is one of the biggest hoaxes of all time....

...I thought someone would have pointed that out right away.... |

All I see is someone trying to make a quick buck to join his site so we can read how the book is a hoax. It will allways be argued over..... |

I just like to spread the truth. It's NOT my website by the way. I am making no profit, BUT it's a well written, well researched article. There's no point in arguing over it at all. Mediocre book, based on another mediocre book that's nothing more than hoax. That's it, end of the "debate". Why argue against the truth?
Being that this is a web site devoted to hoaxes thought I should bring that to folks attention.
I find it scary how people will believe ANYTHING they read, and parrot nonsense back and forth as fact. |

I enjoyed reading the book....I like hearing different sides. I do agree it was a mediocre book, but still, I love hearing stuff that tries to prove the bible wrong. It is entertaining. I never take anyof it seriously. The same for the bible. |

The thing that bugs me, is that now every declares that it's Mary Magdaline next to Jesus in Da Vinci's Last Supper; despite the fact that men wore their hair long in those days, and there really isn't any evidence to suggest that it's a woman. |

Rod said "The author of the book says it is fiction. End of story."
The story line is fiction but the author contends the research he did in terms of history and such is legit.
Considering the reaction by the Church, ie the Cardinal, it really makes you wonder just how close to home Dan Brown has hit, no? |

Just a thought...
What is the church going to do when the movie hits? Last I heard, Tom Hanks is starring in it. |
