Man arrested after he calls 911, reports his wife won't have sex

A Turlock man called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers his wife refused to have sex with him Friday morning.

Turlock police responded to the call and arrived at the couple’s home on the 500 block of S. Orange Avenue. Officers arrested Leonardo Leyva, 44, for public intoxication at 3:50 a.m., Turlock police Sgt. Matthew Speckman said.

Leyva had made the phone call and came outside when officers arrived, Speckman said.

I just think it is so pathetic of a man to have to "TELL" on his wife for not having sex. But, better that then forcing her.

I'm just left to wonder how drunk you have to be to think it's an EMERGENCY that your woman isn't in the mood. Maybe he'd just popped a handful of Viagra or something?

i ain drunk
i'm married 1.9 yrs
and its 2years since i last had sex with her..

according to all the laws in most conutries.. the male counter part is always at the fault..

i only have 1 wish .. that is to die and have my insurance given to her (since she like money so much) so i can get rid of the sex thing for my bloody head..
