That would be literally translated as 'suck goat'.
I would technically translate it as 'goat blower' if I wanted to shoe-in the bit about people from Derby being called 'sheepshaggers' into a thread about a decayed flat fish that looks a little like a mythical creature that attacks goats.
I would imagine most words that are used 'as is' in english are translated technically, such as Zeitgeist (literally time ghost, technically spirit of the times...) or cul-de-sac (which I think is translated bottom of the bag but is used in English as dead-end).
I was only being facetious, I didn't mean any offence! |

Cul-de-sac is actually quite vulgar if you translate it literally... |

What does it mean, what does it mean!
you can't say something like that and then not tell us all what it means... |

Haha. Cul is a rather coarse term for--can I curse on this forum?--better not--one's posterior. It also means bottom in a non-anatomical way, and that's the way it's used in cul-de-sac--"bottom of the bag," a dead end. But it's still funny to snicker anyway whenever you hear anybody say cul-de-sac... |
