Can someone please explain this listing to me?

This item is listed at Amazon.com as a 2002 penny. I don't get it. Even as a goof it doesn't seem all that funny. And what's up with the Amazon.com thermal thing? Why is it selling for hundreds of dollars? Is this a total goof? Do you get it?
Some of the comments are kinda funny, but, oh, I don't know, it's just weird.

Stay away from the used ones. I think those people are just trying to rip you off.

there seems to be some weird 'confusion' between pennies that are coins and pennies that are little cooling jackets for beer. very strange.

as for selling near worthless coinage, it was very popular on eBay for a while. 1p pieces were listed with a £1 starting price, and some got sold!
