This looks like a hoaxe site on Rockall. It purports to be about the group
of islands in the middle of the North Atlantic.

First line of the history section:

What is now Rockall was once the northern highland region of a larger subcontinent, Atlantis.

In the middle of the north Atlantic.

Is there any question at all whether or not this is real?

Rockall does exist, but is a tiny uninhabited rock. The dispute over who owns it is an interesting read though:
