The image shows a cosmic ray impact on the CCD detector: a splitting cosmic ray it looks. Cosmic rays are very common on the SOHO images (and indeed, any CCD image).
The "saturn" shape of the bright spot, is due to CCD "bleeding". That is, the CCD got oversaturated here and starts to "bleed" to neighbouring CCD cells. |

JaguaR, you can link to images so that they'll show up automatically on the page, but you can't upload images so that they're hosted on my server. So what you do is you upload your image to a free image hosting service such as photobucket. Then you write a link to it in your comment. You've got to know a tiny bit of html to do this:
