Thanks again Myst. Can you believe the crap they were charged with? The only one I feel they deserve is the disorderly conduct, if any. People mess with their friends all the time. One pair gets caught pranking a friend and their in jail with $20,000 bail? Was all that really necessary? I used to know a friend of a friend who tied up, tortured, and killed his own step father and was in only two months then released on parole. That is way too backwards for me. Kill someone - your OK. Scare someone - your screwed. What?

The charges of disorderly conduct and initiating a false report I can understand. The conspiracy to commit a crime and reckless endangering charges I don't understand. I'm sure having to lock down the nearby school pissed off the authorities.

Ever since the 9-11 tragedy the authorities are really touchy and cracking down on lots of stuff. Maybe they view this kind of thing joke or not as "causing terror"?

What false report did they initiate? The call to the police? That was not false, but a complete mistake or misunderstanding. The two 'tricksters' did not call the police, their gullible and doped up friend did. Why did they get charged with it? It just don't seem right. question

Why the hell were they charged with so much?! All they did was play a prank on their friend! I do that all the time and i haven't been arrested. Conspiracy to commit a crime?! WTF!?
