i just found this strange website... it claims that the holocause never happened, and it was written by a Dr. E. R. Fields. it is very professinally written.. is this a real website or just something someone made up? it looks pretty real to me, but who would make such a wild claim on such a well-known event in history?
There's a whole cottage industry that's sprung up around the premise that the holocaust never happened. Almost all of it written by neo-nazis of one stripe or another. I think they're trying to convince everyone that the Third Reich nazis were actually warm and cuddly guys who never harmed anyone.

Of course The Holocaust happened. Unfortunately, as Alex points out, there is no shortage of people who enjoy indulging in revisionist history. Cripes, look how the right has blamed Vietnam on "The Media" in the last few years, and how Ronald Reagan last summer was portrayed as God with Alzheimer's. That, is specifically why I encourage a healthy dose of scepticism on this site and others, and suggest all young people read a lot, from many differing views. I'm one of those fools who believe that The Truth will win out in the end. Again: The Holocaust? Of course it happened. The real question is why, and can it happen again in a similar form? Learn from the past, or be doomed to repeat it. Shalom.
My mother was in Germany in the late 70's. She was on a weekend pass when she took some friends out who wanted to see some of the Holocaust ruins...So they started out with their U.S. maps...but they didn't quite match up to what they were actually seeing. They stopped & asked some people if they could tell them how to get to a particular death camp. They people said there was nothing like that. My mother & her friends were showing them the map & said, Here, we want to be here...But a man would only say there's nothing here. Nothing like that happened, they were not going to find any death camp. Well, my mom kept driving down the road she was on...they did find a camp (I can't remember which it was)...but my mom couldn't understand why the people had said there was nothing there. When she got back near the base she asked a German couple she knew about it...they said that people don't want to admit that it happened.
Come to think of it.....If he was on Jerry Springer and I was in the audience: I'd hit him around the head with my chair

Yeah but about 50 million people were killed during WWII. We only hear about 5 million over and over and over and over... AND that 5 million weren't ONLY jews. Understand? Freedom of inquiry is public... ask all the questions needed.
Nobody should have to swallow what they hear without question.

Correction. I believe it was 6 million Jewish people killed in concentration camps, along with another 6 million non-Jewish for a total of 12 million. That's a significant number of people. No wonder you hear about it a lot.
I don't know about you, but I hear a lot about the rest of the 50 million deaths too.

i'm not saying the holocaust never happened, i'm just asking why it's such a crime to question it? and whatever happened to freedom of expression?
And how come British historian David Irving gets punished for voicing his opinion because it insulted the jews, when certain people get away with ridiculing Islam's prophet muhammad even though there is a law in Denmark that says you cant insult any minority there?
WWII was a holocaust in which at least fifty million of various nationalities and creeds were killed. At the time of WWII, Zyklon B was the best disinfestation agent for delousing the clothes of the inmates of labor concentration camps. Bayonets or a bullet in the back of the head, as in actual historical holocausts, would have been the most likely choice.
Another main reason why the Jews are focused on during the holocaust is because there were only 18 million Jews in the entire world! and 1/3 of them were wiped out. Thousands of years of Jewish culture was destroyed and millions of people never met their grandparents because of it. If this happened to the Christians or Muslims, it would be very sad but it would be about 1/300th of the community not 1/3.

how the hell can someone say that its a myth!?! my father stationed over in germany when he was in his twenties! he saw the blue stains on the ground from the gasses that they used and he saw what was left of auschwits (sorry if i spell it wrong but i get realy pissed when ppl say this didnt happen) you basicly get the idea but then there are people who just skim over the facts and the valuble information we can gain from reviewing what happned there. its like my history teacher said...those who dont learn from history are bound to repeat it. we need to learn from this and recognize that it happned so that we can stop the chain of torture for all the different religions around the world.

actually there was no way near 18 million jews in the world at that time. do your research. theres been alot of disagreements about the exact number.

this website makes no sense. all they did was take the actual facts and twist them to make it seem like it's all false
fore example, they said its impossible that 6 million jews were exterminated because there weren't that many jew who lived in that area. but the truth is that the some 6 million people who were murdered were made up of jews, gypsies, POW's and many gentiles who were falsely accused of being jewish
