 Okay, what's going on with the 'fake doctor notes' thread on my blog?

Is there some kind of joke that I'm not getting? Or is this just some kind of weird random thing that people enjoy posting?

hi i need a doctors note that says i had a abortion. see i have to do this because i dont want to kill a human that did nothing wrong, but my mom and bf want me to get a abortion, please i dont want to kill something i love so much!!! you have to help me....i need a abrotion doctors papers, notes, anything that will help me out..!!! please help
