No, Eivind, it is not real. There is a disease called elephantitis, and the poor gentlemen in the photograph are afflicted with it in the testicles.

So at least the photograph is probably real. Which is still pretty amazing and not something I thought possible.

Funreports seems to be getting all its content from Pravda, which publishes a lot of completely bogus stuff... though I'm not sure they intend it to be satire.

Actually, I'm not sure if that's elephantitis. That may be a picture of many bad hernias (know how the doctor tells you to turn your head and cough?). I say that because their abdomens look very flat to me, abnormally so, in one guy's case. In any case, ow!

Um... cows don't menstruate. Like all mammals except humans, cows are on an estrus cycle.

About the cow menstruating, I found this on a website:
