My nephew says he has. Says it is a crappy "perspective distortion" thing. The site says that carbon dioxide seeping from the ground may be affecting the gravity in the area. Is there anybody on this planet stupid enough to believe that? My nephew says, "Unfortunately, YES, Bugbear." Well, my faith in humanity has just decreased significantly.

I exoerienced a similar effect while standing atop the New Jersey Palisades... a light-headedness punctuated by an urge to say "Chawklit" and "Dog", followed by a proclivity for musclecars and Howard Stern. Very disconcerting.
