No, let's keep it up. I'm curious what people will say. Though maybe we could expand it to ask: what would you do to expand or improve the site?
I've had a lot of people mention a better message board. I'm looking into that.
Around April Fool's Day a lot of people request more pranks.
Some have asked for lists of the best hoaxes, or best urban legends (like my list of the best april fools). |

I like the site...I love the content...Alex, you're doing a fabulous job.
The only thing I would change is...the way to navigate the postboard. Posts go up, but might disappear onto page 2 or 3 very quickly...which I've noticed means that people lose interest or stop commenting. I've gone in to see if there's been an update...but I even if I post, "Anyone know if there's been an update?" I don't get a reply. |

I found this site through Alex's book. Next to snopes.com this is my favorite go-to site. It is funnier and better looking than snopes. Alex is a wondeful web host / site owner.

Well, since everybody else is too embarassed to say anything here goes:
The Font - Oh my God! Could you get a more utilitarian font? It's simple and easy to read. Who wants that? It should be Cheney-sized and in obscure, stand-on-your-head-to-read fonts that are always changing for no apparent reason. And flashing, always flashing.
The Color - Pastels?!?! Far too 90's. Now-a-days we want garish colors. Oranges, bright reds, neon blues. DayGlo yellows - wait yellow means gay. No yellow. And NO pink. Pink means commies and we hate them. This is AMERICA after all.
The Sound - What do I hear when I your page loads. Silence. If I wanted silence I'd go see the new Tim Allen Christmas comedy. You need something loud that broadcasts your state-of-mind instantly. Nemesis. By Shriekback. In MIDI format. Looped. With no 'off' button.
The Ads - Simple, unobtrusive. How the hell do you expect to make any money dammit? Pop-ups, pop-unders, those little flash ones that obscure half the screen. This is the future of tomorrows adverti$ing. And since you have all our email addresses you could license the websight out to adverti$ers. Think of it. Important Message from Museumofhoaxes.com - Generic VIAGRA at Cost
The Smilies - Where are the forum smilies? I want hundreds, nay thousands of smilies to choose from. And no message gets posted without a minimum of 5 smilies sprinkled throughout. Animated smilies. That chant rhythmically.
The Porn - dude... This should be understood...
The Flame Wars - Ok, you're close on this but try posting some flame-bait topics under fake names. Christians Suck or Atheists are going to Hell! or Everybody who didn't vote for Bush is a Dickweed. Every third message should read Post Deleted By Moderator. Anything less and you're just not trying.
Just a little constructive criticism. I hope it helps.

Seriously Alex, this is a great site. I check in here daily just to keep an eye on things... As to what I like best about it, personally I have a big fondness for the hoax websites. I think I've been through every website in your archive and I'd love to see more good ones (but I don't hold you responsible for the somethimes slow turnover in this area:))
I also really appreciate the way you keep it up (so many sites flake out so quickly, or decline to once-in-a-blue-moon updates). Your hard work is appreciated.
