 I received an email from a friend asking me to settle a disagreement he had with someone, over whether or not the Councillor for Harrow, Eileen Kinnear (go into the link below to the London Borough of Harrow website and scroll down) is wearing glasses. It�s a little difficult to tell but I think she is..

I think Gerry Anderson might have something to do with this - several other councillors look a bit marionetted.
