Is thisa hoax? A friend tellls me there is no Nancy Butler, Lawyer, at the address given. BREAKING---KERRY TO UNCONCEDE IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF FRAUD
FORWARD TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW
EMAIL FROM DC LAWYER CYNTHIA BUTLER
I am angry and getting emails and recrimination from people wondering why KERRY just caved and is not fighting this before the final count in Ohio, before any of the fraud was challenged, before New Mexico and Iowa even came in.
There is widespread feeling that he did not lose the election and that it was taken from him.
There is enough here to warrant investigation and enough to challenge the results. It's coming from all corners.
I understand that he has until the official count certification in Ohio to Un Concede which is several days from now.
Anyone who thinks that he should unconcede should give reasons why - whatever they noticed, particularly in Red Republican Governed States using electronic machines- and send them directly to Cameron KERRY, John Kerry's brother at his law firm at the address .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
They should inform us if they were not allowed to vote provisionally (for whatever reason- they lost forms, ran out of forms, etc.) I personally witnessed a number of things as I reported in Texas with the DCCC. (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee)
If you know anyone in particular in Ohio who tried to vote and was turned away at the polls please get their information and notify the campaign.
They should be notified if they experienced lines longer than four hours -particularly elderly or infirm people (we call that torture when they do it to political prisoners) . They should be notified if people were told as has been reported that due to too many people showing up in African American precincts, particularly in Ohio where there were too few booths (some only had two or three for the entire precinct) and told because of heavy turn out they could vote on Wednesday. If the numbers of these sorts of incidents creates a percentage margin that exceeds the margin of victory- Un Concession has to be made to challenge the count.
If people wanted to and tried to vote and were prevented or actively discouraged from doing so, that is a Civil Rights matter and must be dealt with in terms of the ultimate count.
This is the last email that I am writing on this subject in this venue. I am taking it up in other venues.
Please pass along this to your listservs so that we may make Democracy Work in America. We are not a country where he who cheats best wins.

Ok, "Cynthia". I believe you. You are not a hoax.
Alex, with the voluminous quantities of "evidence" that "Cynthia" has provided, I hereby find that John Titor is not a hoax. |

For all those now trying to send me computer viruses and/or worms, don't bother. I am hardly the key to the mystery. It will go on whether or not my computer crashes---- all of them.

It doesn't bother anyone else that we had to take out an entire country, kill off over a hundred thousands of its citizens, kill off "coalition of the dwindling" forces of UK, US and three or four others to the tune of THOUSANDS, maim, dismember, cause to be amputated thousands more to NOT CATCH the guy who inflicted 9-11? We have already killed four hundred times (400x) the numbers of people killed in 9-11. Over the Top people. OTT. And when was the last time you knew about a beheading? John the Baptist maybe? BEHEADING of Americans? Don't seem to recollect that happening under Clinton.
Why is everyone forgetting that 9-11 HAPPENED ON BUSH's Watch.
So long as Bush is in power, Bin Laden will live and escape because Bin Laden is the justification for the real alternative agenda. That's why Bush waffles in stating he isn't sure that we can win the "war on terror." So long as they can on cue pull out a tape of Bin Laden's talking head we can trick the entire nation into believing we can engage in whatever exploits we want in the name of National Security regardless of how may tens of thousands of people we kill and how many cities we level into concrete dust. We can even call it all in the name of Democracy.
OTT people. OTT.

For the even simpler minded- here is what it is- imagine if Costa Rica attacked us and the entire Latin American world cheered. Instead of attacking Costa Rica, we determine its more in our National Security interest to annex Mexico so in the interest of vindicating the tragedy done by Costa Rica we blow out the Dictator of Mexico because he was too close for comfort and there were a few Mexican sympathizers found vacationing and convalescing in Costa Rica. We kill off hundreds of thousands of Mexicans, tear down their cities, demolish their infastructures, level all insurgencies creating widows, orphans and amputees, while we let the Costa Ricans fight amongst themselves. Is this a sensible Foreign Policy? How about if Mexico is a really really bad place. Are we still justified? How about if Mexico has the largest deposit of natural resources that we need for the engines of our economy. Then we get to - right? Even if it benefits mostly one segment of the obsolete industrial economy who just happen to also be the heaviest weight contributors to the Administration waging war in Mexico. Don't get me started about the company reconstructing what we destroyed and feeding the troops to destroy it.
This is a scandal people. OTT.
The American people are not as dumb as the so called election results portend to convey. The Bush Win is a flimsy at the existence of WMDs.
We should be marching in the streets.
You can. Go to RedefeatBush.com
You can even get on a Bush and go to Ohio. |

Lastly (I promise) for those Foreign Policy challenged who believe any soldier with a gun is doing the right thing no matter what direction it is pointed in and in whatever country anyone wants to send him or her into-
Imagine under the above scenario that while we are creating mass instability and slaughter and demolition in Mexico for the grander vision of its annexation, we neglect to notice that Guatemala is in fact developing serious nuclear technology that would take out everything South of Pittsburgh in a nanosecond. That's what Iran is quietly doing while we are losing steam and heads in Iraq.
There is a reason Powell resigned. There is a reason half the CIA has resigned. There is a reason Tenet resigned. There is a reason five Cabinet members have resigned.
There is a reason Bush and Cheney need to resign.

Cynthia, you're getting way off topic. I have no problem with the occasional political comment, but ultimately this is a forum for discussing hoaxes. Not for posting long-winded political essays. The fact that you're a democrat (as am I) bought you some time... but if you post any more of these political monologues, I'm going to have to delete them. |

Threats of deletion don't phase me for a nanosecond. Delete away all you like. You may delete, block, or forward with scathing counter-attack at your pleasure. First A. for all Americans.
Read this one if you persist in believing there is anything Hoaxy about the Meme of the Moment that John Kerry will be inaugurated not Bush (as Parliament just invalidated the Ukranian election results.)

And I am free to lecture to Karl Rove in any long or short winded manner that I choose, and will continue to do so any and everywhere I can until he and everyone else gets the sort of outrage boiling in their blood that will make this happen or until I have my "accident." If that happens please tell my mother that my jewelry is sewn in the mattress.

Cynthia, this is my site, not yours. I don't have the right to come into your house and force you to listen to me. And you have no right to force me to host your monologues on my website. There are many, many political sites where you can drone on to your heart's content. Try some of the Yahoo message boards, for instance. |

Alex; you completely missed my point- I said feel free to delete me. It doesn't phase me.
Do what you like. I am required to set the record straight when there is rampant misinformation about me or what I have represented and people profit off it. I have done that.
Believe me- plenty of people agree with me.
Take Care

Cynthia,
Might I suggest something to truly help you in your battle to fight misinformation? Start your own blog and get it listed in numorous directories and on search engines. You will then have a wonderful place where you can voice your concerns and interact with those who read it. |

Am I the only one who has picked up on the possibility that "Cynthia Butler" and her Flashing Blog of Outrage may be A Hoax in and of itself? I'm a BS artist myself, and it takes one to know one... Perhaps "Cynthia" is really a neocon mercblogger who has the mission of discrediting those who question the election... Perhaps "Cynthia" is Karl Rove himself, paying Alex back for allowing all these dump-Bush comments, lo these many months...perhaps "Cynthia" is crazy like a Fox News |

Apparently Cynthia L. Butler has been flooding quite a few blogs with comments. Basically anyone who makes the mistake of mentioning the Kerry unconcede letter gets multiple posts from Cynthia. She could very well be a republican operative in disguise (but don't say that too loud, or it may attract her back). |

Now I'm getting emails from Ms. Butler. She's threatening to sue and 'shut down my site' unless I delete the entire thread here. ***sigh*** I've been down this road before. It seems to be an American pasttime to threaten to sue.
Of course, I shouldn't be mentioning her threat to sue since her email contains a note at the bottom saying that her communication to me is privileged, confidential, and of an attorney client nature. |

Alex; It's only a past-time for real lawyers who can really actually do it- sue that is. I am a private citizen, hence the usual immunity for defamatory nonsense and character assassination that goes with political figures does not apply. That is a word to the wise for all when posting things blasting regular ordinary private citizens. Consequently, you keep misrepresenting my identity and republishing defamatory (false and not privileged) comments. ENOUGH PEOPLE. You really need another hobby.
Alex- you need better research skills clearly.
It's fantastic I have generated all this publicity for your little on line museum, but really- truth should exist somewhere in the blogosphere while it clearly is not welcome here.

Here is a bit of cautioning- not intended to be legal advise but thoroughly researchable if one cares to;
Reputational injury and harm is compensable.
Does anyone know what that sentence means?
That means, before you trash someone professionally with what is called "slander per se" you should think twice, on this or any other site- because you can be sued, for money- regardless of any proven actual damage.
Do I need to be clearer?
No, I am not a Repug hoax. I am not Karl Rove, I am not attempting to Jam Cam Kerry's email.
What I am doing is supporting all attempts to right the abuses and illegalities that inflicted our last Presidential election as are the thousands of Kerry's official attorneys and tens of thousands of others around the country.

Maybe you all should be wondering why Alex is so intent on publishing comments that defame anyone questioning the election results. Maybe Alex's motives should be thoroughly questioned.
Maybe the fact that he insists on relegating the Election Fraud email to his Museum of Hoaxes is proof enough that this is how he wants the Fraud question viewed. Should we all just boycott ALEX's little Museum? |
