 Guy tips over during a canoe trip, has to wear the same clothes for six days. When he gets home, he finds a seedling growing from his belly button. http://www.coasttocoastam.com/gen/page666.html

That's funny!

Looks like he just snapped off a twig and stuck it in his navel. One of the pictures appears to show some of the bark on the stem missing. Or perhaps the writer just snapped. And how could a seedling get leaves in just one week?

Anyway, that guy is hairy enough he doesn't need the belly-button lint to pull off this hoax.
