On a side note, a friend of mind had a webpage set up to make him a millionaire "Make XXX a millionaire!" He said that every now & again he'd get a dollar or a few quarters taped inside an envelope. I can't recall his final tally. I do know that he's not a millionaire now...so I'm pretty sure it didn't work.

Then third time you already send large sum, for example 100 - yshch0$, but here in this case back already nothing it will return. How to punish them? Answer is simple: to send sums not exceeding their maximum, after which they already nothing they return. Main thing not to be greedy and not to send more than e0$, otherwise money not to return. Here one of such purses in system of es-gold: 3207464 Council: Minimally it assumes shch, is maximal e0$. If you will dispatch from shch to e0$, that to you compulsorily will return sum two times large than you they sent.
